Once you've printed the forms and filled them out, you can go to any local Kinko's or Office Depot and FAX them to our toll free fax. If you're a computer geek, you can even scan them and e-mail them for instant placement. Also, if you're the patient sort, snail mail works too and there's always Purolator or FedEx for next day service!

Note: All doctor ordered prescriptions are dispensed under a licensed pharmacy within each country of origin. For example a prescription order dispensed from Canada will be dispensed under a licensed Canadian pharmacy in Canada.
